Service

Our technicians undergo extensive technical training on all aspects of equipment operation, including diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. Through both classroom and on-the-job training, our technicians earn the  skills necessary to understand the many aspects of equipment maintenance and repair. 
If it's not convenient to bring your equipment into one of our shops, our field service teams can conduct regular maintenance right at your job site or will come to you when an emergency repair arises 24 hours a day 7 days a week. One of our customers stated "We don't have mechanics. Having General Equipment come out and service our new machines with 2,000 hours or three years is a great asset for us. Even after Komatsu CARE is up, I still have them perform maintenance. I know it's getting done, and done right." General Equipment & Supplies, Inc. Service Managers also offer training for your employee's who want to learn more and save your company money in the future.
