SUMMARY:
The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for fabricating and assembling parts and/or steel to manufacture particular units used to support aggregate equipment (i.e. Control Vans, Conveyors, Control Towers, etc.).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fabrication Duties:
* Builds, fabricates, and/or repairs equipment and/or miscellaneous articles from verbal
instructions, blueprints, and/or working drawings
* Cuts, fabricates and otherwise modifies van trailers and sea containers per plan
* Prepares and paints small piece parts as needed
* Lays out, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications
* Develops templates and other work aids to hold and align parts

Welding Duties:
* Lays out, cuts, preheats, cleans, and otherwise prepares materials to be welded
* Welds, grinds, and/or fabricates various materials
* Tack-welds or welds components and assemblies, using electric, gas, arc, or other welding
equipment
* Welds components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions

Other Duties:
* Accurately reports all parts and material used on a job daily
* Regularly attends educational and training programs covering company policies, department
objectives, skill sets, and personal growth
* Maintains a clean and safe working environment
* Maintains and cares for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Must have proven MIG welding skills

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be able to interpret, read and understand blueprint dimensions and nomenclature
* Must have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication of whole #s & fractions)
* Must have 2 or more years of fabricating and welding experience
* Press break and shear operation experience is a plus
* Welder certification is a plus
* Must have a positive mental attitude

SUMMARY:
The Service Manager position is a working management position responsible for the efficient repair and maintenance operations of all company-supported products and equipment. This individual also leads the Service area and is responsible for the employees and overall direction of the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for providing the direction and leadership required to achieve professional technical services
at profitability and quality standards
• Responsible for communicating company objectives and policies and to encourage employee
participation and personal growth
• Responsible for observing service personnel in repair circumstances and providing the coaching
necessary to develop diagnostic, safe, clean, efficient and effective high quality work
• Oversees all clerical functions necessary to support the work order process (open/close, labor posting,
sublet repairs, internal & external parts, etc.)
• Maintains working relations with the parts department and sees that proper procedures, records and
reports concerning parts for service are in order
• Assist in the preparation of service quotes as needed for Sales and/or CSSR’s proposals and cooperates
with the sales department in evaluating used equipment for trade in and assists in setting up equipment at
shows, exhibits, demos, etc.
• Make recommendations for tools and equipment and other facility capital expenditures and ensures that
they are maintained in good working order
• Make recommendations regarding service vehicle and asset purchases and coordinate those purchases
and ensure that vehicles and assets are maintained in good working order
• Maintains working relations and negotiates with manufacturers on warranty, policy, tooling requirements
and customer support matters
• Work closely with Training to determine technician training needs and help coordinate the training on an
ongoing basis
• Responsible for safety issues, ensure safe operating procedures, OSHA and EPA compliance, and
responsible to coordinate safety meetings/tool box topics on a regular basis
• Develop markets for service department current abilities and future revenue opportunities
• Develop and maintain all service efficiency and management reports required by the company and OEMS
• Responsible for working with HR to recruit, hire, and train service employees
• Ensures employee performance reviews are held at least once per year with direct reports
• Salary reviews will be conducted at least annually for each service technician with special reviews
performed according to employee performance
• Responsible for setting wage levels and technician grade evaluations for all service personnel
• Direct involvement with in-field customer issue resolution
• Responsible for the morale and discipline of the service personnel working within company policies,
including termination, if necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 2-year technical degree or 4-year degree in management, business, or equivalent experience
• Extensive heavy construction equipment background preferred
• An above average computer comfort level to work with Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Outlook,
and Distributor Operating system
• Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record
• Must have a working knowledge of business financial markets and apply the resources to maintain an
efficient service department

SUMMARY:
The Journeyman Electrician will conduct, maintain, test and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components. * Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements.
* Advises operators and line mechanics of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.
* Informs appropriate management and line mechanics of potential electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved.
* Maintains company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
* Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed.
* Assists maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting.
* Assists and trains other maintenance and/or other technical level employees.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Educational background must include a high school diploma and two years of formal technical training.
* Must have proven knowledge of the principles of electricity and electrical design.
* Valid ND Electrician License
* Two years of Journeyman's experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures from blueprints, schematics and sketches or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
* 1-2 years of proven experience in the electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields are required and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas.
* Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* A thorough knowledge of electrical/ electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes.
* High degree of precision working with minimum tolerances required.
* Exposed to high voltage electricity.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to climb in overhead structures, to work beneath machines and in close quarters performing analysis and repair work.
* Must be highly safety conscious.

* Willing to work any shift and overtime as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

SUMMARY: This individual is responsible for the effective repair of machinery and components in the field, at high levels of quality. This individual must work independent of direct supervision in a field environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

*Perform field repairs and maintenance jobs with little or no direct supervision
*Knowledge of a variety of different types of LMI systems and able to read and understand load charts
*Knowledge of a variety types of cranes such as lattice crawler, lattice truck, hydraulic truck, and roughterrain
*Ability to set up cranes and operate safely
*Responsible for servicing units to fulfill OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications
*Basic testing knowledge of all machine systems

*Perform diagnostic inspections as directed, including repair determination inspections following established guidelines, identify the cause of failure, and identify solutions necessary to affect a repair
*Responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe manner
*Maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases in repairs
*Assists in the collection of data necessary for efficient inventory control
*Attends training at local, regional, national service schools as requested
*Maintains a clean and safe working environment

SUMMARY:
This individual will be responsible for the efficient and timely transportation of various size parts, components and small Equipment between from Fargo to Bismarck and Minot. This individual will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining safe working habits as well as complying by DOT and FMCSA laws and regulations. This position works 11-13 hours per week with early morning start time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Shuttles parts and small freight loads from Fargo, ND to Bismarck and Minot, ND following a strict schedule in order to maintain the timely delivery of the goods at the necessary locations
* Loads and unloads goods from truck and/or trailer at the correct locations
* Conduct pre and post inspections of vehicles daily and promptly report and schedule vehicle maintenance as needed
* Maintain accurate vehicle records, such as log books and fuel sheets
* Keeps equipment, vehicles, and work area clean and orderly
* Operates vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
* Maintains cleanliness of equipment, inside and out to a presentable level
* Completes all paperwork required for jobs, including all paperwork required by law
* Performs as directed by the Shuttle Truck Coordinator
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Driving these vehicles includes many hours of highway time during the early morning hours
* Requires a valid Class A CDL and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record
* Must possess a current Medical Card or the ability to obtain one at time of hire

Maintain close, positive working relationships with service, sales, and administrative departments
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
Maintain a high degree of proficiency with regard to parts business and functions performed in order to instill internal and external customer confidence, assurance, and satisfaction with the parts service
Prepare parcels for mailing
Will be operating a forklift in close quarters; loading and unloading parts onto and off trucks
Enter accurate information into our computerized inventory system
Ability to work with minimal supervision will be required
May perform other duties as assigned by Parts Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Above average computer comfort level to work with Word, Excel, Access, MS Outlook, Purchase Order systems and Distributor Operating systems
Proficient in writing, reading and math
Requires managing multiple tasks while keeping extremely accurate records and paying close attention to detail.
Organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Very detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
Must have a positive mental attitude
Forklift experience required

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with the operation of heavy equipment a plus
This individual must possess the understanding of process flows within an organization.
This individual must be able to communicate with management the tasks at hand, as well as the tasks to be completed to gain feedback necessary to complete the tasks.
This individual must be able to think ahead and keep in close contact with managers so that information can be communicated in a timely manner.
To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB:
Requires prolonged standing with periodic lifting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, and stretching
Requires ability to push, lift, pull, and/or carry 50 lbs. or more
Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record
