The Recruitment and Safety Specialist performs Human Resources-related duties at the professional level and is responsible for the following functional areas: Workforce planning and recruitment, safety/risk management, and training. This individual is also responsible to ensure compliance and understanding of federal, state and local employment laws.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Workforce Planning and Recruitment
*Assists management with recruiting and retention of top-quality staff and oversees the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, recruiting job applicants, screening and interviewing to fill job openings
* Assists in carrying out the company�s recruiting strategy to include updating/creating job descriptions, posting job openings, attending career fairs, and staying up to date in recruiting trends in the market
* Administers pre-employment screenings
* Conducts new hire orientation and assists with onboarding to include completion of all mandatory forms and benefits enrollment
* Processes new hire, transfer, promotion and termination paperwork and ensures proper approval
* Assist managers with termination process to include conducting exit interviews

Safety/Risk Management
* Assists in the development and maintaining of company safety program
* Ensures compliance of DOT files and understand DOT and FMCSA regulations
* Ensures compliance of OSHA logs, manages incident tracking sheets and maintains Workers Compensation files
* Tracks and coordinates required drug and alcohol screening as well as MVRs/background checks

Training Coordination of HR-related topics
* Consults with managers and supervisors to assess training needs
* Develops and facilitates training companywide
* Coordinates training registrations and logistics
* Tracks training

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources and 2+ years of recent HR experience or equivalent in experience
* Must travel to all branch locations as necessary, including Canada
* Requires a valid Driver�s License and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record
* PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
* Must have a positive mental attitude, self-motivated, goal oriented, highly energetic, positive and outgoing.

components at high levels of quality. This individual will also be responsible for servicing units to fulfill OEM

efficiently and profitably as possible, work overtime. There is also a possibility of traveling with overnight stays and working weekends on occasion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Builds knowledge of dealer supported product lines, service standards, and procedures
� Can perform repairs and maintenance jobs with minimal supervision
� Basic testing knowledge of all machine systems
� Can repair and recondition all equipment components and systems

SUMMARY:
The Journeyman Electrician will conduct, maintain, test and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components. Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and apply skills in restoring equipment to operation. Provide skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages and test equipment.
* Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.
* Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements.
* Advises operators and line mechanics of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.
* Informs appropriate management and line mechanics of potential electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved.
* Maintains company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
* Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed.
* Assists maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting.
* Assists and trains other maintenance and/or other technical level employees.
* Performs other duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Educational background must include a high school diploma and two years of formal technical training.
* Must have proven knowledge of the principles of electricity and electrical design.
* Valid ND Electrician License
* Two years of Journeyman's experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures from blueprints, schematics and sketches or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
* 1-2 years of proven experience in the electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields are required and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas.
* Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* A thorough knowledge of electrical/ electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes.
* High degree of precision working with minimum tolerances required.
* Exposed to high voltage electricity.
* Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to climb in overhead structures, to work beneath machines and in close quarters performing analysis and repair work.
* Must be highly safety conscious.

* Willing to work any shift and overtime as required.

SUMMARY:
This individual will be responsible for the efficient and timely transportation of various size parts, components and small Equipment between from Fargo to Bismarck and Minot. This individual will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining safe working habits as well as complying by DOT and FMCSA laws and regulations. This position works 11-13 hours per week with early morning start time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Shuttles parts and small freight loads from Fargo, ND to Bismarck and Minot, ND following a strict schedule in order to maintain the timely delivery of the goods at the necessary locations
* Loads and unloads goods from truck and/or trailer at the correct locations
* Conduct pre and post inspections of vehicles daily and promptly report and schedule vehicle maintenance as needed
* Maintain accurate vehicle records, such as log books and fuel sheets
* Keeps equipment, vehicles, and work area clean and orderly
* Operates vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
* Maintains cleanliness of equipment, inside and out to a presentable level
* Completes all paperwork required for jobs, including all paperwork required by law
* Performs as directed by the Shuttle Truck Coordinator
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Driving these vehicles includes many hours of highway time during the early morning hours

SUMMARY:
This individual, working closely with the Shop Foreman is responsible for the effective repair of machinery and components at high levels of quality. This individual will also be responsible for servicing units to fulfill OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications. *Primary Responsibility will be specializing in incoming calls from customers and Customer Service Support Representative Employees working in the field.
*Assists in the procurement, filling customer orders, stocking and receiving of construction machinery parts.
*Responsible for the completion of parts shipments.
*Learns online systems to fill in when Part Manager is absent.
*Becomes proficient in the various online supplier parts systems to look up and order parts.
*Builds knowledge of existing product lines, service standards and procedures.
*Acquires parts and other items from vendors in and around the Sioux Falls area in a safe and professional manner.
*Assists in the collection of data necessary for efficient inventory control.
*Attends local, regional, national parts training seminars as requested by company management.
