  • 401(k) Savings Plan

    GES offers a 401(k) savings plan that allows employees to contribute towards their retirement. After one year of employment, the company provides a matching contribution to help grow your savings even faster.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts

    GES offers employees the opportunity to save on taxes by opening a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Dependent Care Account (DCA). These tax-advantaged accounts allow you to pay for out-of-pocket health and dependent care expenses using tax-free dollars.

  • Health Savings Account

    GES offers employees the ability to open an individually owned Health Savings Account (HSA) if enrolled in our High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP). This account allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for medical expenses. With an HSA, employees can deposit money tax-free, it grows tax-free, and these funds can be withdrawn tax-free for eligible medical expenses!

    Time away from work to relax, travel, or engage in other activities is important. That’s why GES provides paid time-off (PTO) for eligible employees. The PTO plan is based on the number of years an employee has worked as a regular full-time or regular part-time employee.
